Property Manager

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and a motivated individual with property management experience and a knowledge of lettings.

Duties:

• Managing a portfolio of around 100 properties
• arranging maintenance, dealing with deposit negotiations,
• dealing with general landlord and tenant queries
• Ensuing properties meet compliance requirements EICR, gas safety etc
• Drafting and completing deeds of assignment and surrender when required
• Negotiating renewals and drafting of renewal documents

Requirements:

• 1 year Property Management experience
• Ability to organise and prioritise ones workload
• Be able to display high levels of verbal and written communication
• Team player with a positive and can do attitude essential
• Hardworking and productive individual.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
• Including performance bonus and opportunity to earn commission

• 5pm finish on a Friday
