Part of the West End and sitting on the northern bank of the River Thames, the City of Westminster is best known for being the centre of London’s ceremonial and political life. Westminster is chock full of churches, parks and places of interest including museums, galleries and palaces. Big Ben and the captivating Houses of Parliament dominate Westminster’s skyline, with the bells ringing out across London.
Located in Zone 1, Westminster is served by the Jubilee, District and Circle tube lines. On both the District and Circle lines, Westminster station can be found between Embankment and St. James’s Park, whilst on the Jubilee line it’s located between Waterloo and Green Park.
