Victoria North Regeneration:
A joint venture between Manchester city council, and one of Manchester’s biggest developers. Bringing both this regeneration plan and the Victoria Riverside development to market which represents the first step in this Masterplan, a development that is minutes from Ancoats, Northern Quarter and Victoria Train station. With tenant demand on the rise, this redevelopment offers the best chance at achieving the highest capital growth possible.

The masterplan, called Victoria North covers approximately 155 hectares to the north of Manchester city centre between Victoria Station, NOMA and the Northern Quarter in the southwest, and Queens Park and the intermediate Ring Road (Queens Road) to the north-east.

Victoria North is set to create 15,000 new homes across seven neighbourhoods over the next 15 years, helping with the shortfall in housing in Manchester, but not solving it, considering 20,000 people move to Manchester every year. The new homes will also be joined by new transport infrastructure, public parks and realm, schools, healthcare amenities and commercial space.
