New Build Sales Consultant Hong Kong Desk

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of a New Build Sales Consultant at the Vesper Group. As a New Build Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the opening of the new office in Hong Kong and building a upon our database in Asia. You will be responsible for selling new build apartments both completed and off plan in Manchester and other regional cities we have stock.
Qualifications
- Must speak and write in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the property industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to quickly learn and understand property sales procedures and legal documentation
- Strong negotiation skills to close potential sales
- Experience working with a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Able to adapt to changes in the industry and market conditions

- £27,000 +
- + 20% Commission
