Lettings Lister

Responsibilities:

• Conducting property valuations/Market appraisals
• Liaising with property owners and potential sellers to build strong relationships and securing instructions
• Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensuring accurate management of client’s expectations aiming to surpass them
• Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Supervising the client experience to consistently deliver the highest level of service.
• Staying updates with industry regulations, market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property market conditions, pricing, and sales strategies.

Experience required:
* Previous property experience as a valuer
* Hungry for success must thrive at delivering consistently high standards under pressure
* A strong all-rounder who is a confident team player
* Strong attention to detail

Salary: Basic – £35,000, OTE- £50,000

Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
