Letting Negotiator – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
• To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and prospect tenants.
• On-boarding offers and tenancies onto the companies CRM system
• Achieving monthly targets

Requirements:

• Preferably a University degree
• An enthusiastic and switched on individual, who can listen to clear instructions.
• Someone with character and life experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• A passion for property.
• Well-presented
• An eagerness to learn and develop skills

Basic: £26,000-£28,000 basic + Commission
