Assistant Lettings Manager

Due to our internal growth, Vesper Group are now looking for an experienced and pro-active Assistant Lettings Manager, you’ll be based at our offices in new offices in Knightsbridge.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• An ability to remain focused whilst leading, motivating and developing a team
• Experience in renting apartments in new-build London developments
• Ideally be experienced within a Lettings Manager role, with lettings and market appraisal experience
• An ability to bring new customers into the business
• Ideally ARLA/ Propertymark – Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)

The successful applicant should have managed or been a senior member of an established and successful residential agency and be adept at operating within the London area, confirmed by a strong personal record of sales.

If successful, you’ll be developing and maintaining a letting business to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. Further to this, you’ll also be sourcing new business and seeing projects through to completion.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Advising clients of market conditions and regulations
• Negotiating terms, closing deals and carrying out market appraisals
• Hitting financial, team and individual targets
• Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
• Motivating a small team with incentives and rewards
• Keeping abreast of relevant housing legislation, national issues and attending appropriate training
• Producing and regularly updating literature relevant to the Lettings Department and ensuring that the literature is readily available to members of the public

Remuneration

£25,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonus (£40k O.T.E)
